Privacy Policy

This policy covers the skylet.eu website only. The apps published under the Muv0 brand have their own privacy policy on muv0.de.

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:

Dustin Friese
Skylet - Built to Perform
Hubertusweg 9
53501 Grafschaft-Birresdorf
Germany
Email: info@skylet.eu

2. What this site does not do

So you can put the rest in context: this website sets no cookies, carries no advertising, runs no analytics and loads no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. Even the typeface is hosted on our own server, so opening this page makes no connection to Google. That is also why there is no consent banner: there would be nothing for you to consent to.

3. Visiting the website

When you visit, our host processes technically necessary data in server logs: IP address, time, requested address, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This is required to deliver the page and to detect attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short time and are not merged with other data.

4. Enquiries through the form

If you use the form on the home page, we process the details you enter yourself:

  • Name and email address (mandatory, so that we can reply)
  • Company and timeline (optional)
  • The platforms you selected and your project description

No account is required. The enquiry is first stored in our database and then forwarded to us by email. That order is deliberate: if sending fails, the enquiry is still on record and does not disappear unnoticed. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request), and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We use this data solely to answer you and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

You also receive an automatic confirmation at the address you provided, so that you know the enquiry arrived.

5. Processors

  • Hostinger - hosting of the website and mail delivery
  • Supabase - the database holding the enquiries

Where required, data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR are in place. For services based outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are used.

6. Retention period

We retain enquiries for as long as they are being handled and follow-up contact is to be expected, but no longer than two years after the last exchange. We delete them thereafter. You may request deletion at any time before that at info@skylet.eu. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

7. Your rights

Where the statutory requirements are met, you have the right to:

  • Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection (Art. 21 GDPR)

To exercise them, contact info@skylet.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

8. Security

Transmission is encrypted (TLS). Access to stored enquiries is limited to administrators.

9. Changes

We adapt this policy if our services or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.

10. Language

This is a translation of the German Datenschutzerklärung, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.
